Rosina & Jason

We met at Floods one cold night in February. Rosina was out with her Mom, Auntie Peaches and Shantell (Maid of Honor).  Jason was with Leon (Best Man), Robert (Groomsman) and a few other friends. Jason saw Rosina walking by and immediately thought... she might look good on my boat? He approached her and offered to buy her and her crew drinks. Rosina responded, 'Thanks but ... We good!' Jason insisted,  'You don't know what good is ... but I'll start with buying your drinks for the rest of the night.' They exchanged numbers and talked later that week. Our first date was at Ivy's Cocktail Lounge on Valentine's Day. We saw each other almost every week after our first date, later turning to almost everyday. We became COVID-Baes, the pandemic actually brought us close. We spent many late nights talking, playing tonk, listening to music and staying inside trying to find toilet paper on Amazon. The proposal took place at Jason's house perfectly with just us two... well kinda. That story is for a whole different type of website, however our love story is just beginning! We titled our wedding #LivinLaVidaMcGuire, perfectly describing the two of us and the love we share for each other.

We are very blessed to have each other and are excited to celebrate love. The theme for our beach wedding is Spanish-Bohemian with a celebration of African culture, featuring the Money Dance during the reception. We look forward to drinking, dancing and partying in MEXICO with all of you!. And as the hashtag states it's going to be a fun wild ride on LIVIN LA VIDA MCGUIRE... we can't WAIT!
